Back in 1996 I tried to make beer, or at least thats what the receipt i found in the heap of beer brewing stuff I dug up said. I made raspberry hefeweisen's, porter's, stout's, and ale's.
Unfortunately, all of them had a slightly medicinal taste. Now, 12 years later, I am trying again, but with better equipment (well, a glass carboy instead of a brewing bucket).
